How we handle information

Adult-directed service

Our services are intended for adults purchasing or planning for a child's party. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Do not enter a child's name, home address, photos, school, or medical details in the Generator. The Generator does not ask for those details.

Information used by the Party Rescue Generator

The Generator asks the adult purchaser for the party date and time, child age, theme or interests, child and adult headcount, budget, venue or setting, food plan and dietary constraints, supplies already owned, and other practical constraints the purchaser chooses to provide. These inputs are used to create the purchased party execution packet.

A completed packet is stored against the verified purchase session so it can be reopened during the 30-day access period. We do not promise automatic deletion on day 30.

Checkout and purchase information

Stripe processes website payments. We receive purchase and checkout details needed to verify payment, provide access, handle support, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and keep business records. Legend Card Company does not receive or store full card details. Read Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Anonymous journey measurement

We use a random visitor identifier and may record page, free-preview start, free-preview completion, handoff, checkout, payment-verification, completion, save, reopen, and print events. We may also record UTM campaign information, referrer, and landing page. Free-preview inputs and Generator plan contents are not placed in analytics events. When approved shopping recommendations are available, we may record that a recommendation was shown or clicked, along with the retailer, item category, deadline bucket, and recommendation slot. These measurements help us understand whether the customer journey works.

We may classify an ordinary page referrer as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Copilot, Bing, Google, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, another referral, a tagged campaign, or direct traffic. We record the page path and outbound destination when a link is selected. This source-level measurement does not include party inputs, product-file contents, customer messages, or full payment-card information.

When an adult visits through an eligible partner-referral link, we store the partner campaign identifiers and referral click time in that browser for up to 30 days so a later direct return can be attributed to that partner. No party inputs, personal facts, or plan contents are stored for this purpose.

We also use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement leads to a verified purchase. Google may receive the page URL and title, campaign or ad-click information, and a verified purchase event containing the purchase value, currency, and an opaque transaction identifier. Google may use first-party conversion cookies for this measurement. We disable advertising-personalization signals and enable restricted data processing in our site tag. Affiliate shopping links

The reopened web plan may include shopping links created through Victoria's approved Amazon Associates/Influencer or LTK account. Those networks and retailers may receive ordinary outbound-link and referral information when an adult chooses a link, and their own privacy terms apply. Legend Card Company may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase at no extra cost to the purchaser. Affiliate links, retailer program marks, live prices, and availability details are not placed in the downloadable plan.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for payment processing, website hosting, fulfillment access, advertising measurement, and business operations. They receive information only as needed to perform those services. We do not sell personal information.

Etsy physical orders

Personalization for physical Etsy orders is submitted separately through Etsy and is used to prepare and fulfill that order, provide customer service, and keep required order records. Etsy's handling of information is also governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide purchase access, fulfill orders, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, operate the business, and meet legal obligations.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your purchase or support request, email hello@legendcardcompany.com. We may need to verify the request, and some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, transaction records, or other legal obligations.
